Do we have ANY privacy anymore? Why are people letting the government take over?
We got them sticking their hands in our pants, or you have the (not a choice, just trying to avoid being molested) to go threw the body scanner that shows your private parts. to us flying to another part of the country or out of it. yet forgien planes coming in is fine. (which it should be)

But it should be alot more fine for us who live here. I am so angry.

It seems we get mad about it for a week, then live with it. This is crazy and people should keep putting up a fuss about this.

Something set me off about how facebook today, just says when the person your talking to read the message., im feeling bad about opening up my messages if i dont feel like replying. cause i dont want them to see i didnt reply for that long.

umm do we have any privacy anymore, we really need to start getting more mad and stop taking it up the bum. cause it is going to just get worse and i bet one day we will have to pull our pants down before walking in to a mall by heavily armed men, and have them look up your bum. if you have to much crap up your A@@ they will detain you with out trial for trying to blow homething up with all that methane

And slowly soceity is letting them do that. not just the government, but companies in general, having everything you do (like when you read a message) will become the norm

You will have to ask the liberals that question! Why? I have no idea, its almost , like they are brainwashed. You see it in yahoo all the time , how we would be better off with socialism, yet I bet they have no idea what socialism is even about. Once you accept socialism then you are very close to Communism. Why they think this way, I have no idea!

If you want more privacy you should have never gotten on Facebook in the first place. They're being SUED for violation of PRIVACY LAWS by 5 different countries for 15 BILLION dollars right now. Twitter is the same way, only the users seem to "tweet" everything they're doing, which is not smart either. It opens the door for stalkers and thieves.
Facebook keeps all your personal information once you sign up even if you delete your account. Every picture you post, everything you put on Facebook, you better make sure you want it on there.

The tragedies on 9/11 are a part of this and obviously the Patriot Act [which is still a good thing, regardless because there are still threats] but these days policies like this are just being exploited to keep watch on people. I don't have a problem with the TSA though, you would not believe what people are still trying to bring on flights. In a way it's a good thing but there's several policies right now that cross the line of personal privacy.
Really, you can't worry about it, it's been like this since the internet took off in the 90's but now people are just being made more aware of it. Worried about personal privacy? Don't advertise what you're doing so much on Facebook or social network sites.
Don't give out personal information, like zip codes or phone numbers esp. not you social security number for rewards cards at retail stores. The really aggravating part is that people can find out information on you, all they have to do is pay for it. Just look at Spokeo or other sites that should be prosecuted for violation of privacy laws.
