OMG!!! they are characters from an older kids show. i forgot about them. It was just called Dinosaurs, it was on nickelodeon.

They are from the tv show "Dinosaurs!". That's the father Earl, I think, and the baby. The baby had a catchphrase which has outlived the show - "I'm the baby, gotta love me!"

The family name was Sinclair, but the show's name was simply, "Dinosaurs!" or "The Dinosaurs!"
