Friend request notification question?

I sent a request to someone and I selected the 'get notifications' button and I usually get notifications anyway but I am just wondering will this tell me when they have ignored or accepted my friend request or what else it could possibly mean? Any help would be great ! Thanks !

You will get the red-notification thing once they have accepted your request.
If they ignored it, after 2 weeks you will go to their page and it will still say 'request sent'
If they declined it, when you go to their page, it will say 'add friend' once again

hope this helps, but no, facebook doesn't notify you when someone ignores you haha, it isn't that advanced yet

I dont believe it tells you they ignored the request but it should definitely tell you that you accepted it.

You will get the usual notification when the person accepts your friend request. There are no notifications for declined & ignored friend request. If the person ignores your friend request, when you'll go to that person's profile, you'll see 'Friend Request Sent', & if that person declined your frind request, you will see 'Send Friend Request'.
