How keep my dad from taking my ipod away every night?

So my stupid sister has a boyfriend which my dad doesnt know about that she talks to on facebook every night and my dad noticed so he started taking both our ipods away every night and I listen to music every night ti go to sleep how can I get him to stop doing this I already trued explaining that it helps me sleep but he doesnt care.

Well first I hope you know that although it seems like it's unfair he's just worried that you're doing the same thing. And just wants to protect you.
I know it can be annoying though because you're not doing anything wrong. You could try sitting down with him nicely and telling him that you don't think it's fair because you didn't do anything wrong and you wont do anything wrong, just ask him to please reconsider. Or you could write a letter, that might get to him more. Try sucking up as well haha, I know that works very well with my dad. :-)
