I just got another twitter and I was looking at people. Some have little blue checks next to them and some don't. What does that mean???

twitter is a social networking site to connect with your stars , a star means that it is the real celebrity and not a impersonator

If there is a blue check by someone's name on Twitter it means their account is "verified" that means it's a real celeberty account and not someone pretending to be them. So like Justin Biebers real twitter would have a blue checkmark but mine would not because I'm not famous.

The little blue ticks mean that the twitter is their official twitter. So with famous people, you can tell who's real, because they'll have the tick.

But lesser known people don't have the ticks. They don't care about the celebrities that aren't so well known (like local celebrities, new celebrities, etc.).
