Is there a way to program my settings to stop facebook from suggesting my friends to each other?

I am new to facebook. I have certain associates I don't mind on my page but don't really want them contacting let's say my niece or little sister who are also on my page. I see that I get suggestions of people to invite as friends, who are the "friends" of my friends. I have my friends as private, but is there a way to stop it so they aren't all being invited to add my friends as their own?

No there is no way of doing that. Maybe they will add a settings for that in the future but as of now there is no way.
