I blocked someone from seeing my posts and my wall on Facebook?
I had blocked my siblings a while ago, and it worked but recently my brother has been commenting on my statuses and liking them? I go into privacy settings and he's still blocked? What's going on?

Are you sure he doesn't have more than one account, and is commenting using a different account that wasn't blocked?
