How to change the name of my account in Facebook?

Facebook has apparently a direct relationship between your email account used to create a Facebook account, and the name you use in the Facebook account, so when i tried to change the Facebook name it says that that email was already used. The only alternative i found is to create a new account in Facebook with other email. True?

no, you can go to the account settings and click the button which says "change name"....
it's that simple!

1. Account (TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER)
2. Account Settings
3. Click "change" next to Name
4. Change your name (NOTE: Facebook doesn't allow "foreign" characters or super long names)
5. Click "Change name"
6. Tick "I confirm that this is a legitimate request"
7. Confirm request

nahh..... just go to account then account setting and changed name but some of kind of name are not approved to change your latest name
