Liquid liner or a pencil or even eyeshadow for a 14(almost 15)yr old?

I don't know which one I should use, I only do my top lash lines because my mother says the bottom line makes my eyes look small. I have been using eyeshadow but when I get home, There is a bunch of black specks under my eyes. I am new at using eyeliner and need an answer soon please! Thanks!!!!

I recommend gel eyeliner. The one I have (it's by Pixi) stays on FOREVER and does not smudge. Gel liners tend to stay a lot longer on the lids, I've noticed, than either liquid or pencil liners. They're also easier to use than a liquid liner.

Seriously, try a gel liner - you will not be disappointed. Even when the rest of my makeup comes off, the gel liner is tough to remove with makeup remover because it's so long lasting and budge proof!

I think that if you're only doing the top you should use liquid eyeliner. That's just my personal preference. But with liquid liner you have to be very precise so if you are new at it I would use a pencil. If you mean you are using eyeshadow as a substitute for eyeliner I wouldn't suggest you do that because when you put it so close to your lash line, it tends to run and get all over the place. But if you use it the proper way it looks good if you put on your eyeshadow first and then put on either liquid or pencil eyeliner closer to your lash line.

If you want to put eyeliner on the bottom and not make your eyes look small there's a way to do that. Just don't put it all the way across the bottom. Start at the outer corner and work your way to almost the middle. Then take your finger and gently fade it in slightly to reach the middle. Just don't fade it out too much and let it reach the other corner of your eye.

i think you should just use a neutral eyeshadow and a bit of mascara
especially for the summer because its not too heavy
try waterproof things bc you never know when you gonna get hit by a water balloon!

I like pencil, or felt tip even. For liquid, you can put it on and set it with black eyeshadow and it'll stay

If you are going to use eyeshadow to do eyeliner you need to be sure that you are using an eye primer.

i like a caryon like pencil eyeliner for starters or gel eyeliner becuase it comes with a eye liner brush so its easyer once you put on your eyeliner put a black matte eye shadow over the eye liner and it will last all day the eye shadow will work kind of like a setting power so go out and get a black matte eye shadow
