Visitation Guidelines in Mississippi for Child under the age of 3?
I am looking for any information on this subject. I know in Texas there are no overnight visits with no custodial/ absent parent until the age of 3.

I think that an infant needs their Mum through the night. Once breast feeding is completed the child should be able to stay with either parent. The law you mention is archaic.
I recommend that you be in touch with Mr. George McCasland of Dad's House Educational Center. (on Yahoo Groups, Facebook or it's own site) Join, send a link to this question, let him know Donna says hello. Mr. McCasland has been volunteering his time and expertise for more than 20 year to help responsible Fathers. Best wishes to you all for a peaceful resolution to the situation. |
