negative-people dont know how to moderate their time on facebook,etc my friend cant even get off long enough to have a conversation

The world has changed in both negative and positive ways, for a positive example, these social networks have reunited people with relatives and friends and have enabled many people to stay in contact easily over a long distance, however, to put a negative slant on things, these sites have also enabled people to easily commit identity theft, to harass and bully in a silent manner.
