Yahoo pulse shows activity of people I don't know on the home page?
And suggests connections of people that I don't know. Why is that? Where is it getting these ideas?
The problem is that I'm getting updates from people that I did not request updates from. I have no idea who these people are or why I'm getting the updates. I can't remove them and stop getting their frigging updates. Ads |

Click the "Sign In" link in the upper-left corner of the Web page. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password into the appropriate fields and click the "Sign In"button. 3. A pop-up window will appear. 5. Place a check mark next to the "Hide my profile" option and click "Save" at the bottom of the pop- up window. Ads |

We can't get rid of it, but you can make it private.
On My Activity click Edit My Preferences. Click Privacy and Communication. Scroll down and click Don't share my updates. Click Submit. Also on the mail screen click Options. Then at the top of the list uncheck Enable updates, upper left click Save Changes. You can also click the View Profile icon and hide your profile, but then your avatar won't show on Q&A You can also click this link http://pulse.yahoo.com/y/settings/email_… and set invites to "No". |
