Will it cost money to get facebook notifications texted to my phone?

I want to be able to get facebook notifications texted to my phone and be able to text my status. I have unlimited texting but I don't have a data package on my plan. Will it cost money because it uses the internet?

If you have a data plan with your phone then it will cost money and airtime charges if you use it every time

no because i have unlimited texts on my phone and i have the text notifications too..
it doesn't cost on my network.
it depends on what network your on.
