When you close your facebook for iPod touch, does it do this?
Well when I close it, will it send me push notifications? (I want it to, and I looked in my settings and changed it, but will it send me the notifications if it is closed?) And if this helps, at all, it is the free app, not the pay facebook app.

The Facebook app is Free and it will Still Send you Notifcations when you close it as long as you are logged in

I also have the free facebook app. If you have it on,then it will.

If you set in settings for it to send you notifications then it will do it regardless of weather its open or closed. If you turn notifications off in settings then it will just show the app and a number of how many notifications you have. But no push notifications.
Push notifications are like when you turn on your ipod and something like a txt message popus up on you screen. |

log out of facebook
it sends notifications cause your still logged in, when ur on the screen were you can choose "homepage" oor" profile" click account and log out |
