Is Facebook really important in our lives? Do we need it?
Well, I haven't been on Facebook for 2 months and I haven't had any notifcations. I find Facebook so boring these days and I don't even use it... I prefer communication in real life, I guess. I'm not that of a big social person anyways. Should I deactivate my account? Do I even need Facebook?

Well... it's your Facebook, so its up to you bout what you want to do with it. But if you really want to get notifications and messages, you should try socializing... It wouldnt hurt to!!

Well it's good because if you go on holiday, it would be easy to talk to your relatives and friends via Facebook. I was away from my relatives for a long time and using Facebook got me close to them again. If you want to get notifications, I suggest you comment on people's statuses and photos first.

If you don't really go on holiday much and are close to your relatives and friends in real life and find Facebook boring - yeah you should de-activate your account. If you want it back, you could always activate it again or make a new one.

Hope this helps. Good luck! :]

People have MADE Facebook necessary.
I'd rather talk to people face-to-face, but nooo. Sad
