How can i find him/my father?

So im 21years old and im growing up one of my christmas wishes would be to find my father.
my mothers knows nothing about this just that he was a good guy.but i dont knw.i just really wanna find my father to you know.tie lose ends in my life.so is there like a dna test or something out there.just please tell me i need to knw i wanna knw

I completely understand where you're coming from. you can look online, ask your grandparents who your mother dated before she got pregnant with you, look in her old yearbooks if she was still in school when she got pregnant and facebook some of the people she seemed to be friends with. then ask them what they know about it. you have to have his DNA sample before you can get the test to prove if you're a match or not i think.
I think you should talk to your mom about this and tell her that you just want to meet your father. I spent my childhood not knowing my father, and now that i know him, i have closure. I don't see him ever or talk to him, but knowing who he is is good enough for me. of course, in my situation, he found me by going door to door across the state for years. how crazy is that huh? i hope you find him, girlie. good luck!
