is there a way to group facebook friends into catigories so that some can see statues/pics and others can't?

uggggg I'm sure some of you can share in my frustration in having your whole extendedfamily suddely want to add you to facebook. Some things you just don't want your family to know, (or embaress your father) haha.

Well you can always use the create a list option but that is the hard way.

One thing you could do is, when posting certain things, click the lock sign, click customize, and select hider from these people, where you enter the names of the people you do not want to see it.
