What are the living distance restrictions in child custody in Indiana?

I have been divorced and Am wondering if there is a limit to the distance my ex can live away from me. It is a burden to have to pay this new child support and now I have to spend the money to travel, which I don't have to pick up my kids.

Restrictions are part of the custody arrangement. When my cousin's ex was moving to another state, he filed an injuction right away against it. Then, in the hearing, the judge said she could move anywhere in the county. If she wanted to go further, than she could give custody of the child to his father. She chose to remain. If you had no such arrangement and your ex has already moved, I'm not sure there is anything you can do other than request a modification of support.

You can file a motion to limit the distance to 50 miles, plus cost for travel can be considered to reduce child support.
