Does anyone have Instagram?

If your profile is set to private, but you hashtag your photos (ie #food) will people who search that hashtag also be able to see it or no since they don't follow you? And if one of your followers likes your photos, will it appear in their follower's feed that they liked your photo or not since your profile is on private?

No I don't have it. Every time I try to sign up for it there is no sign up, it's an app I have to download. I don't have a camera so I don't need it because I don't take pics but i do want to comment on other people's pics on twitter who I follow especially the celebs.
