How do you delete a facebook username?

When I made a facebook username I did not realize that with the username anyone can find your profile. I don't want to change my facebook username I just wan't to delete it not change it.. Is there a way to do this? Is there away to contact Facebook about this matter?

To cancel your account, go to account under the top right corner, then click on account settings. Afterwards, go to username if you want to change it or at the bottom to deactivate your account. You can start a new facebook account afterwards if you wish.

Everyone has a username for facebook, but the one that comes with your facebook is pretty random like profile.89013928490830937t78353809hjgrfgjk89480 etc. lol. Just put a load of random numbers and letters if it will let you change it and the chances of someone finding you are pretty lowww x
