What is sufficient evidence to get a child taken away?
I know a family that is having problems with the mother of there child and they have found pictures of marijuana on there facebook in there home with a picture of the father's daughter on the dresser behind it. Also they have found pictures other pictures that they believe to be sufficient evidence to get the child taken away. What is sufficient evidence to report to DHS?

You could probably call them now, it wouldn't hurt.

You should probably call child services if you think the child is being neglected or in an unstable environment. I doubt with the evidence you have said it will be enough for them to be taking away but you reporting them will make sure they are monitored and hopefully jolt the parents into caring for the child better and providing a safe, stable and loving enviroment.
