Can you see what friends list your friends put you in on facebook?

Can your friends tell if you put them on a close friends or aquaintance list on facebook. Also, when I add someone to a specific list like close friends or aquaintance will I automatically go on the same list for them?

I don't think so. I've added my friends on a close friends list. I remember I was with my friend and he logged on, he doesn't have any close friends list that I were in.
