How to delete a facebook account ,which is being misused by person?

well, one of my sister's ex is misusing her facebook, despite of the fact she'd deacticated it and he managed to hack her gmail reactivate her a/c
and changed all her security questions and alternative emails to his own. Is there any way in which people can report so the fake a/c could be removed ?

go to the facebook account that you wanna delete...click the account tab on your up right >> account settings >> security on yur up left >>thn below active sessions that where it says *deactivate your account* click if it brings a pop that says yes or no press yes and there you have your facebook delete and all your data information
