How to ask a question from other users on Facebook?

This sounds stupid but not like here, where i found the button "ask a question" really fast, i cant find it from Facebook. So, how do i ask a question on Facebook?

I don't know how to ask a question. But the person may have security settings so that other people can't add you. Just tell them to add you!

If you want to ask the people of facebook a question If then click on help at the bottom right-hand corner of any page. Then in the seach bar ask the question you wanted to ask. If no one has asked that question before then you can ask it yourself. Click on 'I have a question about how to use a feature on this site".

That's the only way I have found so far.. Unless the queastion's about something not on facebook then you could search for a group that is related to that topic and ask the people of that group a question on their discussion board.
