How do you find someone who you have lost contact with only knowing little info about them ?
I am looking for my step-dad. He was like my father. I know only little info about him, and my mother has passed.

You can try going on a search engine like yahoo or google and type the person's name in quotes. And if that doesn't find any results go to advanced search and play around with the info you know and you should find something. From a facebook, twitter, newspaper article, formspring etc you will find people with the name, use the info and send him a message.
