What scripting language is best for making a social networking website?
HTML? CSS? PHP? I want to make a website like facebook, or twitter, so, can anyone help me on this?

All three of those will be necessary to create a website like that, in addition to javascript... if you need tutorials on these go to w3schools.com

You would need insane amount of skill in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc. Dreamweaver can help a lot with this stuff. It basically type code for you. But you still need knowledge of the code itself. If you're just now starting, I recommend going to http://www.w3schools.com. That's where I learned everything from. You would need to be really good with coding due to the fact that many people would want accounts, which means that the server would have to create a file specifically for that person. You would also need to be able to attract the users to the site. There's a lot of stuff I could type, but it would be waaaay too long. |
