How do i change he size of a picture to fit my Google background?

One of my favorite shows is a show called "Inuyasha" . My little sister and i like it and use pics from the show for lots of things, like Facebook. I wanted to use one pic for my Google background, but its too small. the minimum size it should be is 800x by 600x, but the biggest is 450x by 320x. Does anyone know how to get it big enough to fit?
