Would asking my boyfriend to not use "<3" with other girls be weird?
Here's the thing. ALOT of girls flirt with my boyfriend on facebook. We're in a long distance relationship so I asked him to be super careful with girls and he said he would. I just don't feel very comfortable with him using hearts and winky faces, just letting them flirt with him when they don't know he has a girlfriend. Am I overreacting? What should I do?

No rude comments please.

no you are completely right. he should NOT be flirting with girls, and he especially should not be flirting with girls when they think he is single. He is absolutely in the wrong here. You are right.

He should NOT hide the fact that he has a girlfriend. Does he put anything in relationship status on FB? If not, he should, otherwise, he's probably cheating or wants to appear single.

The <3 and winks are weird for a man to use when he's already in a relationship. Either he is flamboyant or he is flirting right in front of you and doesn't have the respect to even hide it.

Don't come off as a creepy fb stalker looking at all of his comments & the comments others leave for him. The only thing I think you should do is ask this question if it applies "Why don't you put that you're in a relationship on your fb, you don't want people to see?" Then I'm sure you can take it from there.
