Is it normal to randomly add a girl on facebook?

I have seen this girls facebook page and I don't know her at all. I have never seen her in person or anything like that. However we have allot in common with music and movies. Which I find rare. Hence should I add her and see into her more? Or would it be stockerish to do so? Keep in mind we live close by and all of that...

No, it's not "stalker-ish." If she asks you why you sent her an invite, just tell her what you're telling us: you have a lot in common and would like to know her better. I think she'll find that very sweet that you're interested in her personality.
