Is there any way to view someones facebook profile without them being your friend?

My ex boyfriend and me do not talk and we have deleted each other off of facebook but somehow he knows everything I post or anyone I talk to. At first I thought he had someone telling him everything that I did, but he called me and said he could see it himself. Therefore is it possible for him to see it from his account and how can I stop him. It is getting out of hand and I seriously do not have any privacy

You can set your profile to be visible only to your friends/network. You should check your account options->privacy and make sure its not set to Everyone. Otherwise, if you have a bunch and bunch of friends or similar friends, he made a fake account to watch you or reads it from a friends.

Account, privacy settings, change it only my friends. You must have it set to everyone can see everything. Then he will not be able to see your stuff. Be sure to check all the privacy setting and change them to this, ones for photo albums and such.

you can View them you wont be able to see them all depending on there privacy settings some profiles you may be able to see the full profile but some you may not
