Is it possible to not notice notifications on facebook if you get them while logged on?
I sent a girl a message on facebook (email) and it appeared she was on at the time. literally a couple minutes later she was offline.

Sure it is - I rarely notice them since the latest "new" facebook. Just a little number pops up but i do get an email to tell me if someone sends me a message but maybe she has that feature switched of - I know many people do as they get fed up of all the emails
