Why does it say "outstanding" by app. requests on Facebook?
On my Facebook, it says "2 other app requests-outstanding" I'm curious...why does it say "outstanding"? I don't really understand. Can someone clarify?

It means you have too many for Facebook to name in that small space where those notifications appear. As well as they are very old notifications
