Need help with twitter ?

I recently started a twitter account with some of my thoughts about school life love . I realy think i have some potential for somethig big . I just need some tips on how to start etting followers ? besides aquaintances/friends you already have? you could put up posters around your school telling ppl about your account.
you could use hashtags like #school #friends #love ....ect
just keep tweeting, shoot for a min of 5 tweets p/ day to a max of 30 tweets; of those twwets try & make 30-60% be about topics that'll get ppl on twitter interested.
twitter [which started in 2006] as a marketing site, has now been extended to people, political-agendas & other site users to be recognized. all it takes is time, & you'll gain a good following :|
the average twitter user has between 3.25K-5[ twwets, 150-250 followers & 500-830 following.
