Only people that follow you will see your tweets in their timeline. If your account is public, then anybody who goes to your profile can view your tweets. If your account is private, then only people who follow you can see your tweets.

Nope, only the people who follow you will have your tweets come up on their timeline, but if you tweet with a hashtag or with a trend, anyone who searches that hashtag or trend will be able to see your tweet
