Indian Muslims are under constant pressure to keep their heads down and prove their loyalty to India. This has led to a culture of extreme nationalism within them, driven by fear, and often an overt hatred of Pakistan, which is seen as the enemy by right wing Hindus.
It is no surprise how negative Indian Muslims are about their Pakistani brothers and sisters.

The psychology of course is like the black police officer, who has to beat the black protester harder than the white officer, to prove where his loyalty lies.

Not all indians but the "upper castes" hindus want them to keep economically and educationally backward.

Hating Pakistan has nothing to do with religion, but with the action of the government of Pakistan. Also, why should the Indian muslims love Pakistan? Just because more muslims are found in Pakistan than non-muslims? That is no logic to love Pakistan.

Pakistani Muslims are forced to hate owing to racial discrimination by Punjabi Muslims.
Seraiki, Sindhi, Baloch are the most oppressed nations living in Pakistan, the list of crimes is very long which is the reason why Pakistani Punjabis are being targetted in Seraiki areas, Sindh and Balochistan.
