Dear Grant & Julie,
OF COURSE you can use the word BEAUTIFUL to describe the attractive appearance of your boys. This is because BEAUTIFUL describes anything that is very pleasant to look at ! A CLASSIC example would be the very BEAUTIFUL sculpture of DAVID by Michael Angelo – and THAT is of a full grown man !

However I just could not understand how you can be Julie AND Grant as well ( unless of course you are posting your question on behalf of Grant also – who just might be the man who is responsible for the conception of your two BEAUTIFUL boys ! )
