How can I convince my parents to let me get a facebook?
My older sister (18) has one, but I don't...I am the appropriate age limit.
That won't work, becasue our computer is VERY protected.
Thanks Alex...that might work Smile

I wouldn't get one. It brings all of the stress of school, friends, issues home. And you can never delete it.

Well, your sister's an adult, so your parents can't stop her. I'm 13, but my Mom sometimes doesn't want me to use it, but she lets me have it. All you have to do is download Firefox, click Tools, and the Start Private Browsing. Make an account, and never tell your parents the password. Even if they catch you on Facebook, they don't have your password. If your Mom or Dad comes in, click the red X in the top right corner. Open another program like Solitaire or Hearts, and keep it open, so if someone comes in, you can close the program, and they won't get suspicious because you're doing something. Good luck!
