How can I eliminate Mafia Wars from Facebook?

I want to keep Facebook, but how do I eliminate Mafia Wars, and all of the assoiated games? My e-mail is alo getting exploded with Facebook e-mails. How can I stop that?

When someone sends you a game request, there will be a little X beside it on the Game Requests page. Click it and then click "Block all requests from [game]"
As for the emails, email settings are in your Account Settings.
