Push notifications won't work on my Samsung Galaxy S3.?
Whenever I do something within an app like messaging or liking like instagram or facebook, my phone doesn't vibrate or make a sound.
I have to be checking my phone every few seconds to see if I've been messaged back or if a pic of mine has been liked. Sometimes its even hours before I check my phone and see that I've had kept someone waiting.
Please Help.

Make sure 'sync' is enabled on the main screen 'slide down' menu, last icon on right
