i don't think ashley should be sued i mean really danielle is just a big cry baby she acts like ashley killed her she just overreacted i think danielle should have stood for herself i do think ashley thought danielle hit jaqueline because when ashley pulled her hair she was like who do you think you are why would you do that

Yea I think Ashleys really thought her mom got hit, you know when something is going down people lie and change stories to get a show out of people so people were probabley telling her that! But no she shouldn't be sued. Danielle is a big overreacting cry baby!

I don't think she heard that her mom was hit. She just wanted in on the drama. Ashley gets on my nerves! She needs to mind her own business!

Honestly, I do think Ashley should face some sort of judicial consequences for the things she has done. If for no other reason, than to teach her that she has to be responsible for her own actions.

I've seen Ashley on live tv talking about how she thought Danielle hit her mom but I don't really buy it. I mean someone could have said something like that to her....but that doesn't give her the right to go after Danielle like she did. She honestly thinks she is invincible and can do whatever she wants.

She proves it almost everyday by continually harassing and posting Danielle-ish posts on Facebook and Twitter. She apparently has a personal private Facebook for family and friends and a public "Fan" page she made with the sole intent to post things about Danielle.

That is just sick - an obsession and it needs to stop.

Never once did she say she felt bad now for attacking Danielle after learning that Danielle never attacked her mom, Jacqueline. Never once.

Ashley should be sued.... Its does not matter if her mother was assaulted or not. Ashley had no right getting involved in her mother problems.

If Ashley was a black girl I bet you she would've went to jail that night...

Honestly i do think that the incident was blown outta proportion, i spoke to my mother bout it (before she realized i was talking about the show lol) and she even said if i thought somebody hit her and was not able to get to her and see if it was true before i pulled someones hair she would understand my actions but would let me know that i was wrong for it anyway. But I read online today that they found Ashley guilty and all she had to do was pay a fine of $189 and a court fee of $33. Bet Danielle is somewhere mad as hell that that was all.


I think that Danielle just loves playing the victim regardless and she has issues she needs to sort out with professional help because watching the show...she seems alil bit off. There is no innocent party in that situation cause everybody was wrong. But Danielle took things to far when pressing charges for a simple hair pull and comparing it to when she got arrested. She should not only be sued, she should have been arrested the day of the incident. She was just looking for an opportunity. She is acting just as crazy as Danielle herself. Maybe she should just focus on getting an education and losing some of that pudge.
