what are those everygirl posts on twitter? Where do they come from? What about brotip and stopthatbro? and the # sign next to it? im new to twitter, so bear with me

the # sign next to it is called hashtag which is use for twitters users to easily identify people twitting the same taught. twitter limits their twits with 140 characters that is why people limit their words and letters and eliminate spaces to elaborately share their ideas about a certain hashtag.
