How to keep my sister from getting innapropriate apps?

My 8 year old sister got an iPod touch and immediately dounloaded all these apps like instagram and facebook and started talkin to people from my school! I told and my mom told me to make sure she doesn't get certain apps where people can see pictures of her. Is there anyway I can block certain apps??

You won't be able to do anything if your sister's iPod is not jailbroken(Go to youtube and type in How to jailbreak iPod touch <Your version>, I recommend it, it will be useful)
If jailbroken:
1st method:
Download iProtect, it will lock any app that you want(you can lock the app store) , and don't worry of typing in many wrong passwords because typing in the wrong password many times won't harm your iPod, it is a paid app from cydia but you can get it by adding this source, go to cydia > manage > sources > edit > add > Type in: cydia,xsellize.com, then go to search and type in iProtect, download the app with the "X" icon not the other one, then it will ask you to to respring, after respringing you will see the App.

2nd method:(Needs jailbreaking too)
Download the app "Poof", it will allows you to hide any app,go to cydia and then go to search and search for "poof", you will see only one with a screwdriver and a wrench in the icon, download it and after downloading you will see the App

I didn't want to type in how to use iProtect and Poof because I recommend seeing a video on how to use them on youtube, just search "Cydia poof" and "Cydia iProtect".
