If there is a High school Network on Facebook, does Facebook communicate with the Network at all?
I want to create a Facebook account, but I want to know if Facebook communicates with the High School at all.

not at all. It is just there to link friends. There is little communication among Facebook and you. If there is, it's by friends inviting people to see a new application and such.
