How do you ask your half brother for your fathers number?

I don't know how to ask him, cause I'm not sure I should call him "Dad" nor do I feel comfortable with it.
But I do wanna get in contact with him, and he doesn't have a facebook so...

You just ask outright. Say " Can I please have your dads phone number? I would like to talk to him." That's what my half brother did when he wanted to contact our dad. He and his brother were adopted by their moms new husband after he and my dad divorced. Then my dad and mom married and had me. I made sure it was okay to give him the number first though.
