you can compose tweets using the text box below your name.FYI you only have 140 charactors, spaces included. You can follow people by clicking on their name and clicking follow. When you follow someone, everything you 'tweet' they can see. you can mention someone by putting an "@" sign before their name. Like if you wanted to mention me you would say,"@GingerPride07" and it would go under my mentions. If you like a certain tweet, you can Favorite it by mousing over the tweet and clicking on favorite. Same for a retweet. A retweet is when you post someone else's tweet in your timeline. the timeline is where you and the people you follow's tweets show up. If you want to use a hashtag,#, to referance your favorite show or somehting you would put #[insertshowhere] with a hashtag, there can be no spaces. but underscores are allowed. Hope this helps.
