How do you report abuse to people that have already blocked you?
Ex partner closed and changed account on facebook without permission now she is threatening to do it again for abusive language what I have not done

A single report doesn't close an account, and she can only report you once (before she blocks you).
Maybe you need to revise the way you use the social networking site.
