"i want people to be able to stalk me, because all of my friends post personal information on their accounts, and im nowhere near old nor mature enough to accept that my mom is only looking out for me, and i am jealous of my friends having a load of 0's and 1's because i don't, also i am ungrateful that you don't want me to get stalked or be irresponsible and put things online without thinking about the consequences."
It might not help you convince your mother that you should have one, but it will be honest.

well you could get one and not tell her(which is very bad you will probably get in trouble)or just help her out and be nice and dont budg her about it all the time and she might let you get one

You can go the honest way. "Mom, I really want a Facebook account so I can talk to my friends, you can give conditions like I won't add anyone I don't know, blah blah blah". You get the picture.

OR

You can just get a Facebook account, they'll probably find out eventually but most likely won't care or at least won't do anything. Worst case scenario, they ban you from the computer.

Just say well all my friends have facebooks now and it is my only way to keep in touch with them. I will set all the privacy settings so you don't have to worry.
