what kinda thing could i put as the hash tag im new to twitter dont get how it works also do hashtags work from phones

you don't need to put hashtags in your tweets at all.

you can however put hastags if your talking about something related to the 'trending topics' e.g #whatwouldyoudoif.

But I guess if you WANT to put a hastag then you can write;
not changing bed sheets #toomucheffort.

Yes they work from phones.
You could use #Lazy or #TodayIDontFeelLikeDoingAnything (like from the Bruno Mars song) or #TheStruggle ... Idk, I think your over-thinking it a little. You don't always need a hashtag especially w.plain statements like this that isn't going to get any retweets( somebody likes/can relate to what you said so they hit the box with arrows under each tweet) most likely anyways
