How do you unblock friends of Facebook?

I was on Facebook when someone sent a notification to me saying they blocked me. I decided to click the notification, wondering what it was. So then it took me to "Who is blocking you?" and it automatically sent a notification to all of my friends that I blocked them. Since Facebook changed format again, how would you unblock friends?

it's a spam application - it didn't really block anyone or anything. (it just sends useless notifications)

It doesn't sound like you blocked them. It sounds like a scammy Facebook app. There's lots of those going around, and they involve "free" iPods and other junk.

The top right corner click on Account
and then click on Privacy Settings
then at the bottom of the list it says the Block List and just simply press remove
its theres no one on that list then dont worry about it. just delete the application

sounds like a virus. i would check into that.
um go to your account button up on the screen next to Home and profile- on the top right where the logout would usually be. then go to privacy setting from there go down and it says block list.
and from there click remove- from all the friends. you're gonna have to re add them all.
once blocked they are removed from friends.
