I have a brother that is underage on facebook and I want to report this to the facebook team?

I don't have any idea how to do this but I tried one thing but it's asking for his networks and he doesn't have any so does anyone know another way i could report that he is underage.

just delete his facebook or something. do not report him. ur whole family might get in trouble. and talk to ur brother about it. i hope he would understand
